The event ICT Proposer's day 2014 was conducted in Florence on 9-10 October 2014, with participation more than 2500 representatives of leading European and international organizations in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT). European Commission announced the new competition program Horizon 2020 on 15 October, 2014 in the sphere of ICT with the deadline for project submission by 14 April 2015. The planned budget of the competition is 583 million.
